HOW TO GET A LITTLEPESSI MINIATURE
If you would like to place an order, go to the Miniatures page, choose the miniatures you like the most, choose your size, choose the color and place the order! Below you find some usefull information on your order.
PAYMENTS
Payments to Littlepessi are safely conducted through MultiSafepay’s payment system. They guarantee that your transaction will be made securely. As soon as your payment has been received, we will complete your order and deliver it to you within the expected delivery time.
DELIVERY COSTS AND TIME
We have some little stock of our miniatures but we do like the most to have it made-to-order. That's why sometimes it takes the miniatures a little longer to get to you (approx. 7 business days). But we will do our best to deliver your miniatures to you as soon as possible and we will let you know by email.
Italy: €8, free on all order over €120. 2/3 working days
Europe: €8. 6/8 working days.
Rest of the world: €24. 10/15 working days.
CANCELLATIONS
We endeavors to provide the best customer service we can. Should a problem arise, every effort will be made to resolve the issue. However, should the problem be unsolvable, or you prefer to cancel your order please contact us. Unfortunately it will not always be possible to stop the order if the order has already been picked up by the delivery service. Of course articles can be exchanged or returned, with the exception of customized articles.
RETURN POLICY
We make all our best to deliver the best possible products and to match customers’ expectations. If, however, you are not happy with your order or you simply wish to return it, for a refund or to exchange an item for different size or colour, then you can return or exchange it. You can return all items purchased from Littlepessi.com up to 14 days after the delivery date.
To return an item, please send an email to info@littlepessi.com informing us of the products you wish to return and the order number. We would also be very happy to hear the reason why you want to return the items. The items must be in the original packaging with the original hangtags. Littlepessi will not accept any items that have been washed, worn, damaged or defective. Please note that items purchased in sale can’t be returned or exchanges. We strongly recommends you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt and all goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received back by Littlepessi.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
